General Care Instructions:

When your bag arrives, it may have a smell from manufacturing. Please ensure to open it up and air it out before use.

As this bag is made from vegan leather / PU (not genuine leather),  I recommend it is used as an occasional bag, rather than a daily bag in order to look after it for longer. 

Please spot clean your bag with a rag / cloth and avoid spills.

Do not machine wash.

Do not use harsh chemicals when cleaning.

Bag Grading Guide: 

Some of the bags will have little marks or little stains on them. IF these are very large or very visible externally, then the bag will be classed as a flawed second. Flaws can include and are not limited to the following:

- Major internal marks / stains
- Visible external markings
- Embossed rainbow icon is upside down on small yellow stars on the blue/pink/purple bags
- Mismatching zippers 

Insert Grading Guide: 

Most of the inserts have marks or little stains on them. IF these are on one side of the insert, then I am counting these as "STANDARD GRADE" - if they’re on both sides, then the insert will be a seconds grade.
