REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. If for some reason there is an issue with your order, e.g. the pin was damaged in transit, then we can sort things out on a case by case basis.

I do not issue refunds if a buyer changes their mind, accidentally places an order or has a change in personal circumstance. Please also ensure that you are authorised to use the method of payment you choose, as payments are non refundable under any circumstance. 

Refunds will also not be issued if your parcel is delayed in transit due to the pandemic.
